Meet Dave Thompson
As an early-identified ADHDer and dyslexic thinker, Dave Thompson spent his early life navigating systems that weren’t built with brains like his in mind. Today, he redesigns them. As an educator, strategist, and self-advocate, he helps organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to schools and mission-driven startups recruit, support, and leverage the strengths of neurodivergent professionals.
A two-time TEDx speaker and author of a forthcoming book on neurodiversity and the future of work, Dave believes neuroinclusion is not just the right thing to do, but essential to driving progress.
Outside of work, he’s a dad, a husband, and a former New Yorker living just outside Nashville.
